The Wellington Region Heritage Promotion Council Inc is made up of people and organisations interested in the promotion and preservation of our region's heritage.
  

  

What We Do	Heritage Month.   Click to view Since 1993 we have promoted Heritage Month - each year with a different theme - and we invite our members and others to mount a display or event with this theme. We provide free publicity to all events through popular newspaper and radio media, printing a colour brochure, and by way of this website. Participants in our activities do not have to be members.  There has been a marked increase in the public's awareness of heritage matters since we were formed.
